Birth & Beyond Education Class

Decrease feelings of fear and uncertainty by increasing your knowledge and skills for giving birth. Feel more confident and trusting of yourself and your abilities to give birth on your terms and in a way that aligns best with you.

Here you will learn what is normal, safe, and healthy for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond so that you know what to realistically expect during this time and how to address and navigate issues as they arise. 

Class Options:

• Birth & Beyond Childbirth Education Class: This 12-hour Childbirth Education Course is focused on empowering parents with needed information for a healthy pregnancy, labor and full birth experience- including postpartum wellness. Know what to expect + how to manage unexpected changes. This course takes place over a 3- Day, 4-hour classes.
• Birth & Beyond Workshops: Home Births | VBAC | PMADs. These workshops are 2.5 Hours long. Choose from the 3 workshop options.

Private classes are available for an altered price.
