Covid-19 Response

Birthing during a pandemic

Being pregnant is supposed to be the happiest time in your life. - Kyla Pratt

Covid-19 & Your Doula

As a birth doula, it is most important that we keep ourselves safe while providing the best support to birthing mothers and their families. We will use appropriate infection control protocols, and using personal protective equipment such as gloves, face masks, and hand sanitizer.

Things you can do at home for minimal exposure are to labor at home as long as possible before going to your local hospital or birth center and, consider other birthing options such as having an at-home birth.
