Prenatal Visit: 

One on One in-person prenatal visits take place in the comfort of your home. The goal of our visits is to prepare you for your birth experience.

Before our prenatal visit takes place, we start off with a 45-minute session discussing your overall goals for birth, fears and concerns and what we will learn in our visits.

During the prenatal visits, we walk you through many topics, such as: Birth Education, Birth Preferences, Prenatal Nutrition, Breathing Techniques, Labor Positions, Birth Plans, Birth Vision Board, Birth Setting Set-Up, Hospital Procedures, Medical Interventions, Pain Management, Breastfeeding Education, etc. 

Pricing: 2-hour sessions: $150 | 4-hour sessions: $250

Postpartum Visit:

One on One in-person postpartum visits take place in the comfort of your home. The goal of our visits is to prepare and support you during your postpartum experience.

Before our prenatal visit takes place, we start off with a 45-minute session discussing your birth experience, goals for your postpartum period and your needs for postpartum care.

During the postpartum visit, we give hands on support for new parents, Newborn Care: Bottle Feeding, Diaper Changing, Baths, Etc., Newborn Tricks, Tips and Education, Support in Making Sure Both Parents Get Rest, A Hot Shower and Time to Themselves, Light Housecleaning/ Laundry, Grocery Shopping, Run Errands.

Pricing: 2-hours sessions: $275 | 4-hour session: $375

Maternal Health Consultation Session:

The Maternal Health Consultation Session is for all pregnant women to teach basic skills that can help prevent maternal and infant injury and loss. During this session we go over various topics such as: 

Maternal blood pressure using blood pressure cuff, Maternal temperature using digital thermometer, Maternal glucose using glucometer, and Maternal urinalysis.

The goal of this sessions is to provide the fundamental knowledge of normal body processes and help the pregnant women to self-assess for her own wellness.
