Placenta Encapsulation is a process by which the placenta is gently steamed together with herbs, then dried in a dehydrator. The dried placenta is then ground into a fine powder and encapsulated into pill form making it easy to take in the first few weeks postpartum.

A placenta tincture is made by infusing dehydrated placenta in alcohol.

A placenta cord keepsake is a uniquely designed umbilical cord dehydrated to be preserved as a keepsake.
